Rick Sterling is a former aerospace engineer, now an investigative journalist, focusing especially on the Middle East. He grew up in Vancouver Canada but now lives in the San Francisco East Bay, California. Rick has worked with progressive movements in Africa and Latin America as well as the Middle East. He has done research and writing on the corporatization of education within the USA as well as international struggles for independence and self-determination.
